At Wicked Media LLC, we aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below, which outlines our process for returns and refunds of physical goods. Note that refunds are not available for photography services or digital products once delivered.
Photography sessions, digital files, and editing services are non-refundable once rendered or delivered. Deposits/retainers for booked sessions are also non-refundable but may be transferable in select cases (e.g., rescheduling with appropriate notice).
We offer refunds for physical goods within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email whether the refund is approved or denied.
If a refund is approved (excluding for defective items), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
