Welcome to Wicked Media LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website [www.wickedmediallc.com] (“Website”) and/or booking photography services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use it in any way that may impair its functionality, compromise security, or infringe upon the rights of others.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A non-refundable retainer 50% is required to reserve your session date.
• The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.
• We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session may result in loss of retainer.
• One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• In the event of inclement weather or emergencies, Wicked Media LLC reserves the right to reschedule.

4. Image Delivery & Turnaround

• Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within [7–21] business days.
• We do not release RAW or unedited images under any circumstances.
• Image turnaround may vary during peak seasons.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

• Wicked Media LLC retains full copyright ownership of all images taken.
• Clients receive limited, non-commercial usage rights for personal use only (social media, printing, etc.).
• Commercial usage, publication, or resale of images requires prior written permission and licensing.

6. Model Release

By booking with Wicked Media LLC, you grant us permission to use your images for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to terminate any session without refund if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or unsafe.

8. Liability

Wicked Media LLC is not responsible for:

• Any injuries sustained during a session.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings during the session.
• Delays caused by technical issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy

All personal information collected during the booking process is handled securely and will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
